1. Who we are

BlaziqPro is a sports analytics service operated by Blaziq ("Blaziq", "we", "us"), based in Accra, Ghana. We can be reached at support@blaziqpro.tech.

2. Data we collect

Account data: full name, email address, phone number (optional), and a securely hashed password.
Payment metadata: transaction references and payment status from our payment processors. We never receive or store full card details — our payment processors handle those.
Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, request path, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.

3. How we use it

To deliver your daily report and account services.
To process payments and manage subscriptions through our payment processors.
To send you transactional emails (welcome, subscription active, report delivery, account notices).
To investigate security incidents and prevent fraud.

4. Legal basis

We process your data under the legal basis of (a) contract — delivering the service you have paid for; (b) legitimate interests — operating, securing, and improving the service; and (c) consent — for any optional marketing where applicable.

5. Sharing

We share data only with the following processors, and only to the extent necessary:

Authorised payment processors — payment processing (full list available on request to support@blaziqpro.tech).
Resend (or our email provider) — transactional email delivery.
Database / hosting provider — storage and compute.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with bookmakers or betting operators.

6. Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure for financial and legal record-keeping, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; you may object to or restrict processing; and you may lodge a complaint with the Ghana Data Protection Commission (or your local supervisory authority). Email support@blaziqpro.tech to exercise any right.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Connections are encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We use httpOnly cookies for session tokens and apply industry-standard access controls to our database. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

9. Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

10. Changes

We will post updates here with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes we will email registered subscribers.
